Printed Range - Beach Towels and Standard Blankets weekly as usual, the rest closed for order from 7th Jan to 10th Feb

Robes and PJs - next order 13th January, then 10th Feb

Printed for You Range

 

Some items take 2-3 weeks to get to me, some take 3-4 weeks. Please check the listing for turnaround time. If you order a combination of these, and even RTS included, the entire order will wait until the last item is with me as you will have only paid for one lot of postage. If you want items posted sooner than others then please complete separate orders.

These are approx dates and any delays with fedex/customs etc are out of my control - I will keep the group updated with shipment ETAs etc

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship orders will be packed and posted within 3-5 business days, if you need anything urgently please do not hesitate to contact us

Postage

You can choose 2nd/1st or Tracked 24/48 Royal Mail - you will receive a shipping email once your order is packed. Please keep an eye on Junk Mail too. It will be booked for collection the day after shipping emails are sent. Please note that if you select 1st or 2nd class postage that your order will only be covered for £20 compensation. Tracked is covered for £150 compensation.

Printed for you orders will be dispatched the day after they arrive with me

I am unable to contact royal mail about a parcel until 10 working days after expected delivery date if you select a standard service or 7 working days if you select tracked. If you find this applies to you please do contact me to sort a claim as only the sender can do this.

This is a business to business operation and therefore I am unable to offer refunds, especially with printed for you orders as these are your designs that are printed for you.
