If you want singular design you need to send elements separately-background plus doll/character/accessories/logo etc - ensure all bar the background are sent with transparent background
Repeat design - just send seamless or square design to be repeated all over 
 
Using canva:
Please download your image in at least 2x to have a crisp image
Must be in PNG or JPG only - no other file type will be accepted
Email design after ordering with order number in subject line
