See template in images - send a square design and it will be cut as shown! 
Our designers have done a couple of mockups (the one with different pocket is not available) refer to the repeated pattern on the rest!
We cannot accept a request to have the image on just the top middle or pocket etc - the pattern will be printed on the fabric which will then be cut to shape and sewn together! 
Please save your image as PNG or JPEG only! Not PDF!
